How are your calzones shipped to ensure freshness?
All calzones are flash-frozen immediately after baking, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice to arrive at your doorstep perfectly preserved.
What are the reheating instructions?
For the best experience, preheat your oven to 375°F and bake for 15-20 minutes. This ensures a crispy golden crust and a melty center that tastes just like it came out of our stone oven.
Do you offer vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Yes, we offer a variety of vegetarian fillings. While we currently do not offer a certified gluten-free crust due to the risk of cross-contamination in our traditional bakery, we are working on a dedicated gluten-free line.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or thawed, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Can I customize the ingredients in my calzone?
Currently, we offer a curated selection of signature recipes to ensure consistent quality. However, you can choose from our diverse 'Variety Packs' to try several different flavor profiles in one shipment.
How long can I store my calzones in the freezer?
Our calzones are best enjoyed within 3 months of delivery when kept in their original vacuum-sealed packaging in a standard freezer.
